London’s wedding industry gathered on Wednesday 13 May at the Renaissance Hotel near Heathrow Airport to celebrate the second annual London Wedding Awards — an evening honouring the florists, photographers, venues, caterers, planners, designers and specialists who work behind the scenes to make some of the most important days in people’s lives go exactly as planned.
Organised by Oceanic Awards — one of the UK’s most active award ceremony producers, running around 150 events annually across the UK, Ireland, Canada and the United States — the London Wedding Awards recognise excellence across every corner of the wedding industry, from cake designers and henna artists to chauffeurs and jewellers. Winners were selected across 36 categories, covering both mainstream and Asian wedding specialists to reflect the full cultural diversity of London’s wedding market.
Here is the complete list of all 2026 winners, outstanding achievement recipients and those recognised for excellence.
Why London’s Wedding Industry Deserves Recognition
London hosts tens of thousands of weddings each year across venues ranging from historic riverside palaces to boutique Mayfair townhouses, riverside barns in Richmond and grand Asian wedding halls in outer London boroughs. The UK wedding market was valued at approximately £14.7 billion in 2024, according to research from the British Wedding Industry, and London — as the country’s most populous city and its most international — represents one of the highest-spending and most diverse wedding markets in the world.
The diversity of London’s wedding industry is one of its defining characteristics. Alongside the traditional church-and-country-house format, the capital hosts a thriving South Asian wedding sector — drawing on Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi and Tamil traditions among others — as well as Greek, African, Caribbean, Chinese and mixed-heritage celebrations that blend cultural elements in ways unique to the city’s communities. The London Wedding Awards is one of very few industry recognition programmes that explicitly acknowledges this diversity through dedicated Asian wedding categories.

Notable Winners: A Closer Look
Several of this year’s winners stand out for the distinct character of what they offer.
Fulham Palace — winner of Romantic Wedding Venue of the Year — is one of London’s most historically significant wedding venues, situated on the banks of the Thames in Hammersmith and Fulham. The former residence of the Bishops of London for over 1,300 years, it combines Grade I listed historic architecture with beautifully maintained walled gardens, making it a genuinely unique setting.
Ravens Ait Island — Outstanding Achievement in the Romantic Venue category — is a small island on the Thames at Surbiton, accessible only by a short boat trip. As one of the few wedding venues in London that is genuinely only reachable by water, it offers an atmosphere that is impossible to replicate at any mainland venue.
Sanyukta Shrestha — winner of Wedding Boutique of the Year — is a London-based bridal designer known for ethically made, sustainably sourced wedding dresses. Her work has been recognised internationally for combining luxury bridal aesthetics with responsible production practices.
SpinSisters — winner of Wedding DJ of the Year — is an all-female DJ collective that has built a significant reputation in London’s wedding and events circuit, challenging a sector that has historically been male-dominated.
Emmy London — winner of Wedding Accessories Supplier of the Year — is a London-based luxury bridal shoe and accessories brand whose footwear has been worn by members of the royal family, including at high-profile royal weddings.
A Busy Season for London Business Awards
The London Wedding Awards is the latest in a strong run of business recognition events for London in spring 2026. Earlier this month, seven London businesses took home prizes at the British Business Awards 2026 — including Octopus Energy, Dishoom and Zilch — at a ceremony that raised almost £2 million for homelessness charity Social Bite. And in late April, the inaugural OpenTable Restaurant Awards named 26 London restaurants as Icons — a new industry designation reflecting the venues most defining the capital’s dining scene right now. Together, these three sets of awards paint a picture of a London business community that continues to produce genuinely world-class talent across hospitality, food and lifestyle.
All winners listed in this article are from the official 2nd London Wedding Awards 2026 announcement, published by Oceanic Awards on 13 May 2026. For more information about the awards and past winners, visit oceanicawards.com.
