Massive UK Internet Outage Cripples Networks: Vodafone, BT, and Sky Users Hit

UK Internet Outage reports surged across the country on Monday as over 100,000 customers lost connection due to a massive network failure affecting major providers including Vodafone, BT, Sky, EE, TalkTalk, Three, and O2.
The outage began around 2 PM, leaving users without broadband, Wi-Fi, or mobile service across multiple regions of the UK.

By 3 PM, DownDetector recorded over 131,000 problem reports, with 70% related to home internet and 22% to mobile connections.

Users flooded social media with complaints, saying they couldn’t access Vodafone’s website or reach customer support lines.

“@VodafoneUK My broadband is not working, your app won’t load, and even your website says it cannot be connected. Is Vodafone down nationwide?”

Areas Most Affected

According to DownDetector, reports were highest in:
Manchester, London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff, Enfield Town, Thornton Heath, Mitcham, and Brent.
